What I’m Excited About in the Second Half of 2025

It’s hard to believe we’re already in the second half of 2025. If your year’s been anything like mine, it’s come with its fair share of learning, stretching, and adapting on the fly.
And while the first half had its challenges and lessons, I’m feeling genuinely energized about what’s ahead. There’s something about this season — summer winding down, fresh momentum building — that makes it a perfect time to reset, refocus, and lean into what matters most.
Here are three things I’m fired up about right now:
Taking the Stage at TEDxOcala
This fall, I’m incredibly honored to take the stage at TEDxOcala, where the 2025 theme is one I deeply resonate with: Pivot.
We’ve all experienced those defining moments — personally or professionally — where we’re called to change course. Pivoting isn’t just about reacting; it’s about choosing growth. I’m excited to contribute to this powerful conversation and to hear from others who’ve embraced their own turning points.
More to come on this soon!
Launching The Culture Advantage Podcast
I’ve been dreaming this one up for a while, and it’s finally coming to life. The Culture Advantage Podcast is all about real conversations with real leaders — people who are challenging the status quo, building cultures where people actually want to work, and driving results without losing the human side of leadership.
It’ll be high-energy, practical, and unfiltered. If you’re into rethinking leadership, creating momentum, and building something meaningful, this one’s for you. I can’t wait to share it with you.
Slowing Down with Family
Before the school year and sports schedules kick back into gear, we’re heading to Hawaii for some dedicated family time. It will be the perfect opportunity to hit pause, unplug a bit, and enjoy being together.
As much as I love the work I do, these are the moments that really refuel me. I’m looking forward to the reset and the quality time before things speed back up again.
And lastly, I’m excited that you’re here.
Whether we’ve worked together, crossed paths at an event, or you’ve just been quietly following along, thank you. I’m grateful for the community that surrounds this work, and for leaders like you who believe in doing it with purpose, clarity, and intention.
Here’s to what’s next.
